ATV Services Scotland Ltd appointed as AODES dealership: One of Scotland’s most prestigious off-road vehicle dealers, ATV Services Scotland Ltd., has been appointed as an AODES dealership.

AODES’ UK distributor, BOSS ORV, has made the announcement, saying it is a major advantage for the AODES dealer network to have such a historic ATV dealer join the AODES dealer network. ATV Services was founded in 1989 by director John Yuille Snr., originally as a service operation. He was joined by his son less than two years later, and today the business is the largest supplier of utility ATVs in the UK. The company has four depots and thirty-seven operating staff and has recently been awarded the King’s Royal Warrant for ‘Supply and Servicing of All-Terrain Vehicles’. Their headquarters is a newly built premises at Whitefordhill, Ayr. ATV Services Scotland Ltd. is now solely owned by the founder’s son, John Yuille, and his wife Janis, and they are joined by their son, Billy, as the business’s third-generation family. Initially, the AODES range of ATVs and utility vehicles will be sold and supported by the Newton Stewart depot to cover Southwest Scotland.

The AODES brand dates back thirty years when it was established as ODES in China, with a USA R&D and distribution centre in California. The range comprises ATVs and UTVs, featuring 525cc and V-Twin engines in 650cc and 1000cc displacements. Described as being developed for work or play, they are designed to navigate off-road terrain with ease, seamlessly merging professional utility with outdoor comfort.

The AODES Workcross arrives in style: BOSS Off-Road Vehicles has announced the arrival of the AODES Workcross 1000-3 HVAC utility vehicle in the UK. As the sole UK distributor, BOSS is supplying its growing AODES dealer network with the AODES range, which boasts high-quality vehicles at very competitive prices.

The Workcross 1000-3 HVAC features a V-Twin 75hp 1000cc engine to take on all the usual rough terrain tasks demanded of a UTV. Fuel is delivered through electronic fuel injection. A walk round reveals adjustable suspension and shock absorbers, an electronically remote-controlled winch, and a large-capacity tippable rear bed.

BOSS ORV appoints new AODES dealer: BOSS Off-Road-Vehicles has appointed Devon tractor and machinery dealer Blakewell Services as the latest AODES dealer. AODES is the multinational All-Terrain Vehicle and UTV brand of the Shandong ODES industry company, established over thirty years ago in Shandong, China.

Blakewell Services is a family-run business founded by Richard Tanton, who has been in the agricultural trade since 1971. He built the business from selling and servicing tractors at home, expanding to a workshop until he outgrew the premises, and moving to Mill Road Trading Estate in Barnstable, where he continues to grow the family business. Blakewell Services has diversified over the years into horticultural, groundscare and garden machinery through purchasing other businesses and consolidating the company’s sites.

First AODES dealers appointed: Following their appointment as AODES ATV/UTV UK distributor, BOSS Off-Road Vehicles has announced the first dealers for the Pathcross ATVs and Workcross UTVs.

AODES was established over thirty years ago and is headquartered in Shandong, China, with a USA R&D and distribution centre in California. Sold in more than 100 countries, AODES are described as vehicles for work or play and designed to navigate off-road paths with ease, seamlessly merging professional utility with outdoor comfort. BOSS ORV showed the AODES at the LAMMA Agricultural Show 2025, where they garnered immediate interest from dealers.

The first of these to be appointed are J&R Agricultural Engineering and DJS Hydraulics Agricultural and Plant Repairs. J&R Agricultural is a tractor and machinery sales and repair business incorporating ATV and UTV sales and service. The company is based in the Looe area in Southeast Cornwall and has over thirty years in the industry covering Cornwall and South Devon. They are already BOSS-distributed Corvus Off-Road Vehicle dealers and say the AODES make a natural complement for their off-road vehicle customers’ requirements.

DJS Hydraulics Agricultural and Plant Repairs’ main centre is in Amlwch, Anglesey with a second depot in Bangor. They too are already Corvus dealers and also see the AODES as the ideal addition for their customers’ needs across the North Wales agricultural communities they have been supplying since 2007. They are looking forward to offering a full sales, service and support package throughout their territory. BOSS appointed as distributors for AODES: BOSS ORV is delighted to announce their appointment as UK and Ireland distributors for AODES Off-Road Vehicles. Established over thirty years ago and headquartered in Shandong, China, AODES is a multinational brand sold in more than 100 countries.

The company opened an R&D and distribution centre in California, USA in 2012, and decades of focusing on the power sports industry culminated in the introduction, in 2021, of the Pathcross ATV Series. The ATVs feature V-Twin engines in 525cc, 650cc, and 1000cc displacements. The appointment of BOSS was finalised at the EICMA exhibition in Milan.

We will announce more details over the coming weeks.” The Pathcross ATV will be on show for the first time on the BOSS ORV stand at the LAMMA agricultural show in January 2025.
