BOSS ORV welcomes Yanmar visit: BOSS Off-Road Vehicles recently welcomed the senior management team from International Tractors Limited, their partners in the Yanmar Stam BV and Yanmar Agribusiness Co. Ltd., to the BOSS headquarters in Staffordshire.

BOSS was established in 2019 with the purpose of distributing quality outdoor power equipment and vehicles to specialist dealers. They were appointed as the UK and Ireland distributors for Yanmar Agribusiness at the beginning of 2025, following a contract agreed at the EIMA exhibition in Bologna.

“It was an honour and pleasure for us at BOSS ORV to host Mr Gaurav Saxena CEO and the senior management team from International Tractors,” says Phil Everett, BOSS ORV Managing Director, “our thanks to him, Vishal Kumar and Himanshu Rawat for spending time with us and contributing to a positive meeting for our journey together, building the Yanmar Compact Tractor business in the UK and Ireland.”

Development, manufacturing, sales and maintenance of agricultural machinery has been at the forefront of the Yanmar Group’s business since its foundation in Osaka, Japan in 1912. A pioneer in diesel technology, Yanmar today is a global innovator in a wide range of industrial equipment. Following their visit, Himanshu Rawat, leading Sales and Business Strategy for their International Business Development, thanked Phil Everett saying, “we indeed had a very productive and fruitful meeting. Looking forward to working more closely with you and the team.”

Phil adds that from their Staffordshire headquarters, BOSS provides service and parts support, and with the vehicle distribution close by in Worcestershire, they are perfectly located centrally for UK and Ireland distribution. BOSS ORV at GroundsFest 2025: BOSS Off-Road Vehicles will be showing their range of utility vehicles, ATV brands and accessories at GroundsFest. BOSS is the sole UK distributor of the AODES Off-Road Vehicles ATV and UTV range, Yanmar Agri tractors, Powerland electric ATVs, Paxster electric UTVs, and Faunamaster compact seed drills, sprayers and flail mowers.

The AODES range comprises the PathCross ATVs and WorkCross UTVs with engines ranging from 525cc to V-Twin engines in 650cc, 800cc and 1000cc displacements. They offer rugged off-road workhorses with Electronic Power Steering and winches as standard.

Yanmar Agri offers a range of compact tractors comprising the YT and YM Series. The YT incorporates i-HMT (Vario) technology to deliver infinite speed control and high torque output while maintaining cleaner emissions. The YM Series delivers raw power with 47HP and 60HP options for ploughing, hauling, tilling, and more.

The Powerland Tachyon is a complete, fully electric (Li-ion) road-legal ATV with tractor homologation and offers the benefits of conventional off-road utility vehicles while ensuring no damage to the environment.

The Paxster Stretch, Paxster Cargo and Paxster Air are all-electric, compact, and agile utility vehicles. They are suited to an exceptionally wide range of applications. Built for sustainability, they are available as new, and 2nd Drive last nut and bolt factory refurbished models. The Paxster can draw up to 3000 watts from onboard sockets for powering tools and machinery.

Faunamaster products include multifunctional and timesaving compact seed drills, sprayers, and flail mowers designed for use with an ATV, UTV, or tractor. The Faunamaster seed drills sow seeds of virtually any size to a depth of up to 80mm. They are ideal for sowing into existing grass fields, wildflower meadows, tilled soil, paddocks, or any area where normal planter equipment is too big. BOSS ORV appoints new AODES dealer: BOSS Off-Road-Vehicles has appointed Devon tractor and machinery dealer Blakewell Services as the latest AODES dealer. AODES is the multinational All-Terrain Vehicle and UTV brand of the Shandong ODES industry company, established over thirty years ago in Shandong, China.

Blakewell Services is a family-run business founded by Richard Tanton, who has been in the agricultural trade since 1971. He built the business from selling and servicing tractors at home, expanding to a workshop until he outgrew the premises, and moving to Mill Road Trading Estate in Barnstable, where he continues to grow the family business. Blakewell Services has diversified over the years into horticultural, groundscare and garden machinery through purchasing other businesses and consolidating the company’s sites.

BOSS ORV expands dealer network: BOSS ORV has announced the addition of two more Corvus Off-Road Vehicle dealers to their growing UK dealer network. Guy Machinery Ltd. of Gisburne, Lancashire and Used4Turf based in Colchester, Essex, have become part of the Corvus team.

The Corvus Terrain DX4 diesel off-road utility vehicle was the first of its type manufactured in Europe, and the brand has grown from strength to strength with the addition of the EX4 all-electric version. The Terrain has found popularity in the agricultural, groundscare, amenity and estate sectors.

Guy Machinery was established at Skipton Auction Mart in 2005, taking over the former Gibsons. They moved to their Gisburne site in 2013 to bring their team together under one roof to improve customer service and communications. They specialise in sales of new and used trailers, agricultural vehicles and machinery, ATVs and quad bikes, loaders and handlers. As Corvus dealers, they add side-by-side diesel and electric utility vehicles to their line-up.

Used4Turf has over thirty years of experience supplying equipment to turf growers, landscapers, local authorities, golf courses, sports clubs, private estate owners and more. Founded by Neil Peachey, Used4Turf supplies new and used equipment and Neil says they make it their business to gain a comprehensive understanding of customers’ requirements, budgets and long-term plans. He adds they pride themselves on exceptional personal customer service and that they are proud to call clients their friends.

BOSS ORV partners with Techneat Engineering: BOSS Off-Road Vehicles has announced a new partnership with Techneat Engineering Ltd. Techneat, which was established in 1984, is a manufacturer of high-quality machinery and a Rotomoulding specialist.

They offer design and manufacturing capabilities, including a fabrication workshop, and 5 Rotomoulding machines. In-house they design, develop, and produce a range of specialist application products for agricultural and amenity markets. Many of these are agricultural and ground care seeders and sprayers based around Rotomoulded tanks. Techneat are replacing their petrol engine ATVs/quad bikes with the latest Paxster AS Air model, the fully electric Li-ion powered utility vehicle.
