Corvus Off-Road Vehicle accessories

Corvus Off-Road Vehicle accessories: Existing and prospective owners of Corvus Off-Road Vehicles now have a wider range of accessories available to enhance the looks and performance of their Terrain utility vehicles.

Set out in a new 2023 brochure, which can be downloaded as a PDF from the distributor’s website www.bossorv.co.uk the accessories range from protective steel front bumpers to snow tracks and a host of useful devices in between that can be specified or retro-fitted. The front bumpers, which include installation components, are designed to allow the installation of a front winch and there is a choice of WARN winches with hauling capacities from 1,500kg to 2,041kg. These can be operated from a dashboard switch or by the top-of-the-range WARN wireless system, which lets you remote control from up to 15 metres away. Selection of tyres is an important factor for all types of tough terrain where traction is critical, and the CST Clincher tyre offers high grip in all situations. Options on wheels include light, sports design 14” aluminium rims or 14” matt black steel rims that are highly resistant to shocks and temperature changes. A spare wheel comes complete with Clincher tyre and can be used on any axle.

Corvus arrives in Bucks

Corvus arrives in Bucks: BOSS ORV has announced the appointment of JF Agricultural Engineering Ltd as Corvus Off-Road Vehicle dealers for Buckinghamshire. The company is based in Stoke Hammond, Milton Keynes.

A dealer highly respected in the area, JF Agricultural was started by Richard Flanagan in 1986 after his many years working in John Deere dealerships. His aim was to bring high-quality service and repair work to local farmers and, as he built a loyal customer base, the business went from strength to strength. He soon found there was a demand for good second-hand tractors and farm equipment, and this led to the development of the sales side of the business. In 2000, Richard’s son James joined the company full-time after working many summer holidays and weekends for the business. Following five years in the workshop doing servicing and tractor rebuilds, James decided to grow the second-hand sales of the business. The success of this led in 2018 to the start of selling new tractors, attachments, and other farm equipment.

“A big welcome to James Flanagan,” says Phil. “It’s great to have his energy and passion focused on developing the Corvus business in this region. It’s also good to know we have all the excellent service and support JF Agricultural Engineering has brought to the area.”

New Corvus preview at LAMMA

New Corvus preview at LAMMA: Boss Off-Road Vehicles will preview the new Corvus Terrain GX4s compact utility vehicle at LAMMA. The petrol-powered UTV joins the diesel DX4 and electric EX4, which is also on show at LAMMA, to complete the Spanish maker’s off-road vehicle line-up.

With its 2.65m length and 1.45m width, the GX4s is 75cm shorter and 20cm narrower than the diesel alternative, but the compact size makes no compromise on comfort, power, and equipment. The 570cc EFI petrol engine and 4×4 differential lock system provide unmatched power while the dimensions greatly increase the UTV’s versatility. This is equally enhanced by the maximum load capacity of 440 kg which makes it a leader in its class.

It offers the driver a good driving experience with high levels of comfort throughout the working day. As with all the Corvus Off-Road vehicles, maintenance on the Terrain GX4s is a simple task. Removing the cargo box in one Swift movement allows immediate access to the engine, oil and air filters, and the CVT belt. The GX4s is scheduled to arrive in Corvus UK dealerships by spring 2023.

Also on show at LAMMA is the new Terrain EX4 all-electric Corvus 4×4 UTV which offers all the benefits of its diesel and petrol counterparts, together with silent operation throughout the working day. LAMMA stand no. 6.838 in Hall 6.
