ECHO Brings Innovation To SALTEX: ECHO will be showcasing a range of new commercial products for groundscare and landscaping professionals at this year’s Saltex.

The ECHO CS-2511WES rear-handle professional chainsaw is the lightest and most compact rear-handle in the ECHO range. Offering an excellent power-to-weight ratio, the CS-2511WES has a dry weight of just 2.6kg and the premium grade ECHO two-stroke engine produces an output of 1.1kW. The chainsaw’s compact design makes it highly manoeuvrable for users working in tight spaces and the ultra-light weight means it can be used for longer periods without fatigue.

ECHO’s latest and most powerful backback blower, the PB-8010, will be launched at the show. Built for the professional, it offers industry leading performance with the 79.9cc two-stroke engine delivering the highest blower power available, with a maximum air speed of 94.5m/sec. The PB-8010 is perfect for heavy clean-up jobs and clearing large spaces. ECHO Launch First Mower: ECHO has built an enviable reputation for producing quality outdoor power tools, both professional and domestic. ECHO Launch New Chainsaw: ECHO is setting a benchmark for rear handle chainsaws with the launch of the new CS-4510ES. It packs a real punch with its 45cc two-stroke stratified scavenging engine and the power-to-weight ratio makes it more powerful yet lighter than previous models. This is a chainsaw loaded with new features but still built to exacting ECHO standards. It offers a better output of 2.3kW and yet weighs in with a dry weight of just 5.0kg.

Lift the CS-4510ES and you immediately feel how light it is. Start cutting logs or use it for felling small trees and you realise it is no ordinary chainsaw. You know instinctively the moment you start work it’s been designed by engineers who understand what the operator needs in terms of performance, durability and ergonomics. The Stage II emission compliant engine is one of ECHO’s new engine platforms. The two-stroke has a piston operated scavenging system in which a layer of fuel-free air is created between the burnt charge in the combustion chamber and the fresh charge in the crankcase. The buffer reduces the fuel laden losses during the cycle.
