ISEKI To Sponsor Sam Forgan

ISEKI To Sponsor Sam Forgan: ISEKI UK today announced that it has signed a one-year deal to sponsor local professional golfer Sam Forgan.

Sam, who is based at the well-respected Stowmarket Golf Club in Suffolk, is currently competing on the Euro-Pro tour having narrowly missed out on getting his card for the Challenge Tour last year.

“Hopefully this sponsorship will give me more opportunities and a better chance of getting on the Challenge Tour this coming year” said Sam, commenting on the recent announcement “Working with ISEKI will also be a great learning experience for me and will give me an understanding of the supply side of the golf industry. I am really looking forward to the experience”

David Withers, Managing Director of ISEKI UK, pictured here with Sam was equally excited about the new relationship. “I had the pleasure of meeting Sam and hearing more about his ambitions for the future and we are delighted to be able to help in this way” said Withers, adding “whilst this is good for Sam it is also good for us, Sam travels all-round the country playing golf and will be promoting our wonderful products everywhere he goes……also hoping he might give me a few pointers to improve my swing!!”

Ian Bridges Joins Iseki

Ian Bridges Joins Iseki: Iseki UK & Ireland is pleased to announce that Ian Bridges is joining the team as the Scotland and North of England Regional Sales Manager.

Ian, an industry stalwart who has worked for various manufacturers in the Industry over the years is perhaps best known for the 30 years that he spent with Jacobsen and then Ransomes Jacobsen that ended with his retirement from the Ipswich based manufacturer earlier this year.

ISEKI UK & Ireland Launch: ISEKI UK & Ireland hosted an official opening at its new Ipswich home last week.

Since being founded in 1926, ISEKI has contributed to the modernisation of Japan’s agricultural industry as a full-time manufacturer specialising in farming machinery. ISEKI prides itself on extensive research and development that is matched with high quality manufacturing and assembly processes to produce a range of machinery for today’s demanding applications in many global markets.

Recent years have certainly proved successful when it comes to the distribution of ISEKI products throughout the UK and Europe by Ransomes Jacobsen. Following such successes David Withers, Managing Director at ISEKI UK and former President of Jacobsen, is understandably excited about seeing a wider acceptance of products through expanding markets and building yet more awareness, trust, and demand for ISEKI’s tractors and mowers.

“I started to work with Iseki when the product line came to Jacobsen in 1996 and I’ve always enjoyed being involved with such an exciting and reliable product line. Iseki Sign With Hitachi Capital: Iseki UK & Ireland has announced that it has chosen Hitachi Capital to provide floor-plan services to its network of 60 dealers across the UK. Additionally both companies announced their intent to run a range of attractive and innovative retail finance options later in 2018.

Launch Of ISEKI UK & Ireland: ISEKI UK & Ireland has been launched as part of a huge investment in UK and Ireland markets by the Japanese tractor manufacturer.

The launch of ISEKI UK & Ireland is an exciting development showing great investment and commitment by ISEKI in these key markets. ISEKI UK ltd is a company formed with investment from ISEKI for the sole purpose of distributing the ISEKI range of products and growing market share and sales in the UK & Ireland Markets.

For the last many years, the ISEKI product line has been distributed in the UK and Ireland by Ransomes Jacobsen operating out of their facilities in Ipswich Suffolk. ISEKI would like to sincerely thank Ransomes Jacobsen for all their hard work and dedication over this period and look forward to building on this foundation.

The new ISEKI company will also be based in the Ipswich area and joining ISEKI UK in the new year as Managing Director will be ex-President of Jacobsen, David Withers.

Withers is well known in the industry having served for many years at Ransomes and Jacobsen and more recently working as a business consultant in the golf industry.
