Recently Demon have re-introduced the Tornado Electron battery powered pressure washer using Lithium Ion battery technology. Demon are the only manufacturer making an industrial battery pressure washer at this time and can now offer the future of pressure washing today. We now have a machine based on the successful range of Tornado Mini-Bowsers offering 2 hours of constant cleaning with re-charging times of 2-4 hours depending on the charger fitted.

As demands on emissions grow we at Demon look to how we can evolve pressure washers to keep up with not only better, more efficient ways of cleaning, but also complying with new regulations.
Currently we are using petrol and diesel engines, and electric motors to power our pressure washers which is the present. The future is in the developing battery world and DC motors. One option to bridge this gap is alternative fuels such as LPG.

New Products From Etesia At SALTEX: Etesia will be launching three new products on their new stand number E085 at IOG SALTEX 2019.

The new products will include a ride-on mower, the new facelift Attila brushcutters and electric wheelbarrow. Full details will be announced on the first day of the show on 30th October.

Also on show will be the recently relaunched PRO46 PHTS3 single speed self-propelled and PRO46 PHE3 push pedestrian mowers.

Following the same concept of the PRO46 range of pedestrian mowers first launched in the early 1990’s, both models feature Xenoy cutting decks for increased strength, shear washer crank protection, individual height of cut adjusters, a new 22mm handlebar design, the latest Honda GCV170 engine and are supplied complete with 80 litre grass box and rear deflector as standard.

Visitors to stand E085 will also get the opportunity to see the new AK60 & AH75 pedestrian brushcutters, which were first shown to the UK market at SALTEX last year. With built-in rugged reliability as standard, both models have been designed to work in the toughest of conditions. These powerful workhorses effectively deal with clearing vegetation from a wide variety of sites – long grass, weeds, bracken and brambles on woodland paths, orchards, holiday parks and road verges. STIHL To Highlight Pro Products At SALTEX: STIHL will be showcasing an array of new products at this year’s Saltex exhibition, the UK’s largest event for the grounds care sector, offering professional users more options than ever before to tackle the toughest jobs.

Taking centre stage will be a preview of STIHL’s new RMA 765 V PRO mower, which will be the latest addition to STIHL’s expanding range of high-performance professional models. Packed with innovative features, the new cordless mower is designed with a 63cm magnesium twin blade cutting deck, height adjustable front wheels for zero turn, and variable speed, controlled via the digital cockpit. In addition, the solid mono handlebar ensures users can empty the tough fabric 80-litre grass catcher box with ease.

Visitors to the stand will be able to see up close the new MSA 220 C-B, the most powerful cordless chainsaw in the STIHL range. Powered by a 36 V Lithium-Ion battery, the new saw comes as standard with the STIHL exclusive 3/8” Picco Super 3 (PS3) full chisel saw chain with a guide bar length of 35cm/14”.
