Makita doubles battery warranty: Leading power tool manufacturer Makita UK is enhancing its standard factory warranty policy on batteries from one to two years. Since the 1st April 2025, any genuine Makita battery purchased will automatically qualify for a two-year standard warranty without requiring any product registration, and this applies to XGT, LXT and CXT battery platforms.

Yamaha warranty for ATV and SBS models: Yamaha is adding a generous 10-year belt warranty to models using the renowned Ultramatic® transmission offering added peace of mind for users and contributing to reducing long-term ownership costs.

The warranty covers all assembled V-belts on the European models for the current 2022 model year.

Pellenc launch four year warranty: Pellenc UK has announced the launch of an industry leading four-year commercial warranty for all batteries and three-year warranty for all tools.

Following the successful launch at SALTEX 2009, Pellenc has quickly become the leader in professional battery-powered tools, with a range of batteries able to undertake a full working day on a single charge.  Productivity was brought to a new level, while reducing vibration, noise and Co2 emissions.

Honda’s 5 Year Warranty

Honda’s 5 Year Warranty: Honda has added to the appeal of its Miimo robotic lawn mower range by extending the warranty period from two to five years. Plus, up until 31 July 2019 Honda is running a summer savings offer of £400 off all three Miimos in the line-up, meaning you can own a Miimo from £1,399 (incl VAT)*.

The Miimo range includes the HRM 310 which cuts an area up to 1,500 m², the HRM 520 cutting up to 3,000 m² and the larger HRM 3000 up to 4,000 m². The cutting height on all three machines can be set between 20 mm and 60 mm and this can be adjusted via Bluetooth through a smartphone app on the top of the range HRM 3000 Miimo.
