Taking place at the NEC Birmingham on 11-12 November, the show will feature a host of UK debuts and product launches spanning sports lighting, electric turf care equipment, turf nutrition, sustainability solutions and grounds management machinery.

Among the exhibitors launching new technology is LEDTURE, which will use SALTEX to officially introduce a range of sports lighting solutions. Highlights include the new Model A 960W and 480W Sports Floodlights, 40W Entertainment Luminaire, Entertainment Lighting System and Raise and Lower Column System, designed to improve performance, maintenance, safety and operational efficiency.

SALTEX will also provide the UK launch platform for a range of electric turf care equipment from DENAIYOU Intelligent Technology. New products include the E362B Electric Triplex Reel Mower, EDY750 Electric Turf Sprayer and EDL80A Electric Walk-Behind Cylinder Mower, reflecting growing demand for sustainable equipment that reduces emissions, noise and operating costs without compromising performance.

Innovation extends beyond machinery, with Origin Amenity unveiling its new Nutri-Max liquid nutrition range. Available in four formulations, the advanced fertiliser range has been developed to maximise nutrient efficiency, uptake, and turf performance.

Leading machinery manufacturers are also recognising the value of launching new technologies at SALTEX. ISEKI UK has announced a range of UK-first product introductions and electric-powered innovations, including the UK debut of the SXG327 ride-on mower, the Raymo electric mower and the TM3267E electric tractor, showcasing the latest advances in efficient and sustainable grounds maintenance equipment.

Kubota and Baroness will also use SALTEX to showcase their latest machinery innovations. Kubota’s display will feature its FC Series out-front centre collect mowers, alongside compact tractors and mowing solutions, while Baroness will highlight its premium GM2810A five-deck ride-on mower together with leading rotary and cylinder mowing technology.

Efficiency will be a central theme on the GKB stand, where the company will showcase its Deep Tine Aerator High Speed (HS), designed to help grounds teams maximise productivity and complete aeration tasks more efficiently.

Sustainability and resource recovery will also feature prominently, with Shred & Recycle Ltd showcasing its innovative Sand-Rubber Separation Plant. The only system of its kind in the UK, the plant demonstrates a sustainable process for recovering and reusing sports pitch infill materials. By separating and reclaiming sand and rubber for future use, the technology supports a circular economy approach that helps reduce waste and maximise resources.

New for 2026, the SAPCA Pavilion will bring together Foams 4 Sports, Premier Sports Surfaces, Mapei, Labosport, JUTA, Boud Minerals and GCP Chartered Architects, showcasing the expertise and partnerships behind modern sports and recreation facilities. The pavilion reflects SALTEX’s commitment to bringing the wider industry together, connecting suppliers, specialists, and decision-makers from across the sports turf, grounds management and facilities sectors.

Sarah Hunter, Head of Events at the Grounds Management Association (GMA), said: “SALTEX has always been about more than products. It’s about bringing the industry together to share ideas, build relationships and discover solutions that drive the sector forward. The breadth of innovations and new launches already confirmed for 2026 demonstrates manufacturers’ confidence in SALTEX as the place to engage with key decision-makers and grounds professionals.”

“From sports lighting and electric machinery to turf nutrition, sustainability solutions and facility development, SALTEX continues to showcase the full breadth of the industry. The introduction of the SAPCA Pavilion, alongside the significant number of product launches already confirmed, reflects our commitment to creating opportunities for collaboration while helping visitors discover the technologies and solutions shaping the future of the sector.”

These launches reflect broader industry trends as manufacturers continue to invest in smarter, cleaner, and more efficient solutions for sports turf and grounds management professionals.

From cutting-edge lighting systems and battery-powered equipment to advanced nutrition products, recycling technologies and innovative machinery, SALTEX 2026 will provide visitors with an unrivalled opportunity to experience the latest industry developments first-hand.

As the grounds management industry’s flagship exhibition, SALTEX remains the destination where manufacturers launch new products, demonstrate innovation and connect directly with the professionals shaping the future of sports turf and grounds care.

Designed and manufactured at the company’s Ely headquarters, the Team ground care range covers everything from compact pedestrian machines for smaller or hard-to-reach areas through to self-propelled and tractor-mounted sprayers for larger sites. Across the range, the emphasis is firmly on practical design, accurate application and reliable performance.

The popular Cub and Scout pedestrian sprayers provide a versatile option for targeted spraying and smaller turf areas, with a choice of boom configurations available to suit different applications.

For operators looking to cover larger areas, the Vixen SP Pro offers greater capacity and productivity. The Vixen SP Pro combines a 150-litre tank with 24V electric drive, a 23 litre/minute pump and 3m boom, helping to make spraying larger areas efficient and straightforward.

Team also manufactures the Club tractor-mounted sprayer, providing a practical solution for golf courses, sports grounds and other amenity applications where greater capacity and coverage are required.

With more than 45 years of experience in sprayer design and manufacture, Team continues to develop its range in response to the day-to-day requirements of professional operators.

Visitors to SALTEX 2026 can meet the Team Sprayers team, take a closer look at the latest equipment and discuss the most suitable spraying solutions for their individual requirements.

Replay Maintenance helps East Leake secure the future of its pitches

Replay Maintenance helps East Leake secure the future of its pitches

East Leake Playing Fields and Pavilion has become a thriving community sports hub in just three and a half years, providing facilities for rugby, football, cricket, archery and a wide range of community activities. However, like many grassroots venues, maintaining high-quality natural turf while coping with unpredictable weather has become an increasing challenge.

Replay Maintenance helps East Leake secure the future of its pitches

Thanks to a close partnership between Replay Maintenance and Nottinghamshire FA, the facility has now secured Football Foundation Grass Pitch Maintenance Funding, ensuring its pitches receive a long-term programme of professional maintenance that will benefit players and the wider community for years to come.

For Dave Curtis, Facilities Manager at East Leake Playing Fields and Pavilion, the priority has always been to maximise participation.

“Our aim is to provide sporting opportunities for people of all ages from East Leake and the surrounding areas,” said Dave. “We’ve got two main halls for classes and community events alongside our outdoor sports pitches. The aim is to keep the whole facility as busy as possible and attract as wide a range of users as we can.”

While participation has continued to grow, maintaining the playing surfaces has become increasingly difficult.

“The weather is so unpredictable now,” Dave explained. “We’ve had droughts, we’ve had flooding during the winter, and it becomes really frustrating because matches get called off, which obviously loses us revenue. We want to provide the best facilities and the best pitches we can for everyone who uses the site.”

That challenge led Nottinghamshire FA to introduce East Leake to Replay Maintenance.

“We’d worked with Nottinghamshire FA before and they’d given us advice on how we could improve our pitches,” said Dave. “Earlier this year they put us in contact with Replay Maintenance. From the first conversations they talked us through the whole process, explained how the funding worked and made everything seem really straightforward. They held our hand step by step all the way through, and we were able to secure the funding.”

The funding has enabled East Leake to enter into a long-term maintenance programme, with Replay delivering a schedule of weed control, overseeding, aeration and fertiliser applications designed to steadily improve the quality of the playing surfaces.

Replay Maintenance’s Head of Natural Turf, Ben Sadler, said the project demonstrates how specialist support can make accessing funding much easier for clubs and believes Replay’s role extends well beyond carrying out maintenance work.

“We can do all the legwork to help clubs access the funding,” he explained. “We handle the administration, support the application and make the whole process as simple as possible, allowing clubs to focus on running their facilities while we help improve their pitches.

“Our partnership with Origin Amenity Solutions ensures we use the highest-quality, industry-leading products, including fertilisers, herbicides and grass seed, to deliver exceptional results on every project; here at East Leake, we have used a 100% Perennial Ryegrass with three high-quality cultivars.”

The partnership approach is something that Nottinghamshire FA believes is making a real difference across the county.

David Whyatt, Facilities and Investment Lead at Nottinghamshire FA, said: “Replay are brilliant at what they do. They create site-specific maintenance plans and renovate pitches to a really high standard, but they also support clubs through every stage of the process. From completing the PitchPower inspection through to the funding application and post-award support, they give clubs the knowledge and confidence to make the right decisions and improve their pitches for the long term.”

Reflecting on the experience so far, Dave has no hesitation in recommending Replay Maintenance to other clubs considering the funding route.

“They’ve been absolutely fantastic,” he said. “They’re friendly, proactive and really open and honest. I’d never been through this process before and there was a lot involved, but they made everything really simple. Any questions we’ve had, they’ve always been available to help. I would absolutely recommend them.”

As more grassroots clubs look for sustainable ways to improve their playing surfaces, East Leake provides a clear example of what can be achieved when facility managers, County FAs and specialist contractors work together. Through expert advice, practical support and a long-term maintenance programme, Replay Maintenance is helping ensure that better pitches lead to more games, stronger communities and a brighter future for grassroots sport.
