Case IH tractors are renowned for their reliability and are supported by a network of over 80 dealers across the UK and Ireland, providing a guarantee of personal and professional after-sales support.

Commenting, Andy Whiley, Case IH Key Accounts Manager, said:

“Case IH aims to be the preferred partner in bringing innovative products and market-leading solutions and services to customers around the world. Our tractors have proven performance and reliability, offering best-in-class total cost of ownership, and our range offers the right machine for every task, backed up by an extensive dealer network. New for 2020 is the Vestrum CVXDrive, which combines the compact dimensions of a manoeuvrable four-cylinder tractor with the premium cab comfort design of larger Case IH models. It is the first Case IH tractor in the 100hp class fitted with continuously-variable CVXDrive transmission.”

The Case IH range includes the following series of tractors suited to sports, amenity, snow clearing, municipal and landscaping use:

Quantum

If you are looking for a specialist tractor where narrow access is required, then the Case IH Quantum series provides the right machine for the task at hand. Ranging from 75 to 107hp they offer excellent performance for work such as pavement sweeping or snow-blowing, or for maintenance work on lawns and sports grounds or any type of facility management.

Farmall

The Farmall name is deeply rooted in the history of Case IH, with the first tractors to bear this name being produced back in 1923. Today’s Farmall tractors range from 55 to 114hp and share a design emphasis on manoeuvrability, compact dimensions, ease of operation and a high power-to-weight ratio. This means that whether you are working with mounted machinery, trailed equipment, transport duties or with a loader, there’s a Farmall to suit your needs.

Luxxum

With greater manoeuvrability, higher levels of comfort and better visibility than any tractor of this size Case IH has made, the Case IH Luxxum ensures greater productivity from both tractor and driver and comes in 3 models from 100 to 120hp.

Maxxum

The Maxxum series offers superior performance and fuel efficiency thanks to the use of Efficient Power technology. Available with a range of transmission options including a 16F/16R four-speed powershift, an award-winning ActiveDrive 8 24F/24R eight-speed powershift delivering class-leading fuel efficiency, or a CVXDrive for the ultimate stepless transmission.

Vestrum CVXDrive

This new series stands out from the crowd, combining the compact dimensions of a manoeuvrable four-cylinder tractor with the premium cab comfort design of larger Case IH models. The result is the first Case IH tractor in the 100 HP class with the continuously-variable CVXDrive transmission. It is available in 4 models from 100 to 130hp.

Case IH can be found on stand D032 and will be exhibiting machines from its popular Farrnall range.

INFINICUT Set To Showcase SM34

INFINICUT Set To Showcase SM34: Visitors to stand H075 at SALTEX will be some of the first to see the brand new SM34 Rotary Mower from INFINICUT®.

Swiftly settling into the INFINICUT® stable alongside the renowned range of fixed and floating head cylinder mowers, the SM34 has set a new industry standard for rotary cut quality. There will also be the opportunity to learn all about the new machine in the Eco Village demonstration area.

INFINICUT Set To Showcase SM34

Offering best in class performance with an emphasis on a modern, clean power source, the SM34 can be used to mow in the traditional sense or, alternatively, it can operate as a stand-alone vacuum. It takes its mode of traction from the INFINICUT® reel mower, paired with a deck constructed using MTD’s state-of-the-art stamp tooling equipment and years of rotary experience. The result is a technologically advanced unit that exceeds all necessary safety compliance that is demanded of rotary decks.

Incorporating both a front roller and rear traction roller means the SM34 delivers a striping effect usually only achieved with a professional reel mower, no matter the turf conditions. In line with the rest of the INFINICUT® fleet, it offers the operator a number of parameters which can be tailored to their particular requirements, including paralleling and deck pitch adjustment features as standard. It is also user programmable via the proprietary Android or iOS InfiniApp®.

The new Rotary mower is a natural progression from the renowned cylinder mower range which will also be on show. Available in a variety of working widths from 22” to 34”, the INFINICUT® FX and FL have become well-known for industry leading cut quality, striping and quiet operation thanks to the lithium battery power source. The environmental credentials of the range sees INFINICUT® demonstrating in the new SALTEX Eco Village at 11:00am and 2:00pm on both Wednesday 30th and Thursday 31st.

Germinal Showcase ForeFront Mixture

Germinal Showcase ForeFront Mixture: Germinal will be at BTME in Harrogate to showcase its ForeFront Greens grass seed mixture from 22nd to 24th January 2019.

Containing a unique blend of three top-ranking bentgrass varieties, ForeFront Greens delivers the highest levels of disease and stress resistance.  It is rated for cutting heights down to 3mm and, with excellent shoot density, fineness of leaf and unrivalled summer and winter greenness, is the mixture for better golf greens.

Germinal Showcase ForeFront Mixture

ForeFront Greens contains 35% Aber®Regal (browntop bent), 35% Aber®Royal (browntop bent) and 30% 007 DSB (creeping bent).

AberRegal and AberRoyal were both bred at IBERS (the Institute of Biological, Environmental and Rural Sciences in Aberystwyth) from parent material originally sourced in the UK.  As well as superb disease resistance they also offer excellent shoot density, good fineness of leaf and unrivalled winter and summer greenness.

007 DSB was bred in the US using 24 parent plants to produce a single cultivar with a prostrate growth habit, high shoot density and good wear tolerance in a wide range of climatic conditions.  007 DSB has won plaudits wherever it has been used including at Ryder Cup and US Open courses and at the PGA Masters at Wentworth.  Unlike older creeping bent varieties, 007 DSB has a lower requirement for water and nutrients thereby making it ideal for inclusion in a low input seed mixture.

The recommended sowing rate for Forefront Greens is 8 to 12g/m2 (80 to 120kgs/ha).  The recommended overseeding rate is 5 to 8g/m2 (50 to 80kgs/ha).

To discuss how ForeFront Greens could benefit your course visit Germinal on Stand 257 in  the Red Zone at BTME.  Alternatively go to www.germinalamenity.com
