With technology and environmental issues top of the agenda at the 2022 show, Sarah Cunningham, director of commercial and events at the GMA, says joining up with DANARM to offer those who register a chance to win this innovative mower that retails at £1,049.00 was a logical fit: “Attending SALTEX is all about discovering the emerging and progressive technologies in the industry and this mower from DANARM fits those criteria. To be able to give one away is a real draw for those who register. It’s free to register, only take a few minutes and if you don’t win, you’re guaranteed an informative and valuable day out. It’s a win/win situation.”

The winner can be assured of a prize that is little to no hassle – there’s no oil to change, gas to refill or plugs to replace. With such little maintenance, mowing is as easy as pressing the on button. Plus, fall-stair detection sensors detect if the Wiper Blitz XH2 is approaching a step or sudden fall, so there’s no need to worry about it getting into trouble.

To be in with the chance of winning this latest robotic mower technology, simply register for SALTEX by Friday 21st October 2022 and attend the event – https://www.saltex.org.uk/saltex-2022-visitor-registration-competition

Having expanded into the landscape industry the company has supported and trained its knowledgeable workforce to deliver outstanding customer service in this relatively new market, which has resulted in an effective and successful business that values its staff and customers in equal measure.”

Mark Pyrah – ICL’s Business Development Manager for the UK & Ireland commented:

“This is a category in which companies must match criteria such as exceptional technical support, outstanding customer support and guidance, exceeding customer expectation, as well as having an excellent product range. We are absolutely delighted to have won this award and it really underlines all the hard work our team has put in this year.”

Benefitting from a collection at the event, this year’s chosen charities were the BALI Chalk Fund and Greenfingers Charity who will share £3,260 between them, generously donated by guests.

Throughout the past year, schools, contractors, and professional and amateur sports teams have transformed their line marking operation with the Turf Tank One. Exceptional accuracy using a base station, customisable templates for pitches, logos and numbers, and huge time savings have set the robot apart from alternative methods.

In August 2021, Bromsgrove School began marking their fifteen rugby pitches across three sites using the Turf Tank One, and for Head Grounds person Richard Hare, it has been a revelation.

“When I first saw the Turf Tank One at the demo, I was absolutely amazed, and having used it, it’s revolutionary,” Richard begins.

“It just makes the job a hundred times easier, all the lines are dead straight, and there’s no mess, that’s the other important thing, it’s clean, and it is good to use, it’s easy, and for us, it’s been really, really good.”
