Greenkeeper

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Greenkeeper to join Southwell Racecourse & Golf Course

Greenkeeper

Greenkeeper

Who is Southwell Golf Course?

Established in 1993, Southwell Golf Club has matured into a course that presents a stiff challenge to golfers of all abilities. The course has two contrasting nine holes.  The Front 9 sits within Southwell Racecourse and is characterised by a large number of water hazards. The 7th hole, a 138 yards par 3 with an island green is Southwell’s signature hole and is our own equivalent of Sawgrass.

The Back 9 offers a completely different challenge and the tree-lined fairways place an emphasis on accuracy from the tee.  Whilst the holes are not overly long and can offer some birdie opportunities, the narrow fairways and small greens can easily result in dropped shots so finding the fairways is essential.
Southwell Golf Club has an excellent reputation for its friendly atmosphere and offers a warm welcome to visiting golfers.

  • Forward planning to include daily, weekly, seasonal and annual tasks. • Presentation of lawns, car park and other clubhouse areas to the highest possible standard
  • Flower beds and hanging baskets maintenance as required
