Green-tech surpasses its charity target for St Leonard’s Hospice: Green‑tech is delighted with the success of its 2025 charity fundraising campaign for St Leonard’s Hospice, York. Their efforts have raised over £1,600.

Green‑tech is the UK’s leading landscape provider, supplying products that help create greener, more resilient and biodiverse spaces across urban and rural environments. Alongside this work, supporting the local community is central to the company’s ethos.

Green-tech surpasses its charity target for St Leonard’s Hospice

St Leonard’s Hospice provides specialist palliative care and support for patients and families across York and the surrounding areas, both in the hospice and in people’s own homes.

The Green-tech team set itself a £1,000 fundraising target for the year and has come together through raffles, food events and a variety of activities. These initiatives have raised vital funds for a cause that touches many lives.

“As a business rooted in Yorkshire, we understand the importance of giving back,” said Kris Nellist, Managing Director of Green‑tech. “I am so proud of the way our team has thrown themselves into this fundraiser. Every donation, raffle ticket and shared meal helps bring comfort and care to people at a difficult time. It is great to see Green-tech making a real difference for families in our community.”

Green‑tech would like to thank everyone who has taken part and donated. The team is delighted to be finishing the year exceeding its fundraising target.

Founded in 1986 by Richard Campey, the company, based near Macclesfield in Cheshire, has grown from a local family business into a global force, renowned for its commitment to quality, innovation, and best practice in turf care solutions.

Campey’s 40th Anniversary and two new products at BTME

To commemorate its 40th anniversary the Company has created a dedicated website: www.campey40.com and will be holding various celebratory events throughout 2026, including a special 40th Anniversary Open Day on Thursday, July 9, 2026. So please save the date and come and join in the fun and festivities – more information will be provided in the New Year.

As well as a selection of Campey’s own products, renowned brands such as, Imants, Air2G2, Dakota, Vredo, Koro, BellonMit, and Tines Direct will be on display. We are pleased to announce the addition of two new products to the Campey range.

The first is the VGR TopChanger – the renowned TopChanger uses high pressure water to inject holes into the soil opening the possibility of injecting soil-improving products, fertilisers, and sand directly into the ground.

The second product is the TCT Fairway Trencher – The Trenchit, is a high quality robust machine, already established by contractors worldwide for reliability, and strength of build. It is purpose-built for golf course drainage, irrigation, and services installation. This PTO-chain trencher has a soil clean-up system that efficiently deposits soil onto a trailer, reducing clean-up time. The machine can easily be converted into a conventional trencher by removing the conveyor, and its 3-point linkage allows quick attachment and detachment for use with other implements.
